I am a Registered Dietitian practicing in Vero Beach, Florida. Virtual sessions are available for all Florida clients!
 

A Little About Me:  I am  Vero Beach native! I studied nutrition at Simmons College in Boston, MA and completed my 1,200-hour dietetic internship with the University of Delaware. I specialize in adult and pediatric eating disorders, family nutrition and sports nutrition for teen & adult recreational athletes.

I will never stop learning! I continue to seek more knowledge and the most current, evidence-based information in the evolving world of nutrition science. I am excited to be working toward my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
